Rules for Using CAPFOC

1. Eligibility and Account Use

• No interference with app infrastructure, security controls, or other users.
• No fraudulent behavior, impersonation, or abusive automated activity.
• No use of CAPFOC in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

3. Content and Ownership

Your wardrobe entries, tags, pricing records, and personal notes remain your content. CAPFOC retains ownership of the app software, brand assets, design systems, and service infrastructure.

By using the service, you grant CAPFOC a limited license to process user content solely for providing product functionality, support, and service security.

4. Purchases and Billing

If paid features are offered, billing and renewal terms are displayed at checkout through official platform stores. Store terms may govern refunds, subscription renewals, and payment disputes.

5. Service Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue specific features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement. We aim to provide reasonable notice for material service changes when feasible.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Links

CAPFOC may interact with mobile app stores, device operating systems, and external links. CAPFOC is not responsible for third-party platform policies, uptime, or content outside our controlled services.

7. Disclaimer and Liability Limits

CAPFOC provides planning and budgeting support tools and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for significant policy violations, unlawful conduct, abuse of platform resources, or security risk. Users may stop using CAPFOC at any time.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Handling

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction stated at account registration or legal notice. Disputes should first be submitted to CAPFOC for good-faith resolution before formal action.
